I feel I'm a good candidate for a prosper loan because I have an A credit rating and over the last 9.5 years I have never been late on any of my loan payments nor credit card payments. However when I was younger (early twenties) I made financial mistakes and really damaged my credit over the 9.5 years I have rebuilt my credit and have a very strong credit profile. I know my DTI ratio appears to be high but my fiancees who is also my roommate helps pay the bills. so It is not as high as it is listed by prosper. I want to consolidate my high interest credit cards into one monthly payment with a lower interest rate I will then be cutting up and canceling those cards so my dti will decrease with this loan and i will have more money left over each month than I do now I'd like to get to a point that I only have monthly living expenses. I do own my house which I purchased and financed on my own. After all the work and time it has taken me to rebuild my credit I can assure you I have no intentions of every being late or defaulting on any payments.

I need to raise my credit scores to be able to purchase a home and start a family. I opened a bunch of unsecured credit card debt which brought my scores down. The cards are maxed or near maxed out.
Our lease is up in June and need my scores to be high enough to purchase our 1st home.
